A variety of aged Cretan cheeses that include Graviera & variations of Mizithra.
"Dakos"
Hard Cretan rusk with grated organic cherry tomatoes and “Mizithra” cheese with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
"Apaki"
Cured pork smoked over an olive wood fire and cooked in extra virgin olive oil with “Mavrodaphne” wine, raw thyme honey and wild herbs.
"Dolmades"
Tender vine leaf rolls stuffed with rice and Cretan herbs, served with strained Greek yogurt sauce.
Potato Wedges
Freshly cut and pan-fried on gas fire in olive oil.
"Tsigariasto"
Tender lamb that has been simmering in a clay pot with extra virgin olive oil for over 4 hours (as practised by the Minoans 3000 years ago).
"Sfakiani" Pita
Cretan desert pita stuffed with soft xynomyzithra cheese drizzled with raw thyme honey.
Wild Snails "Boubourista"
Wild-caught snails cooked with extra virgin olive oil and rosemary.
All our ingredients are locally sourced and 100% organic. Everything is cooked in extra virgin olive oil.
